These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Daply (“daply,” “we,” “us”) covering the daply mobile app, daply.us, and everything connected to them (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Zero tolerance. There is no room on daply for objectionable content or abusive people. Bullying, harassment, hate speech, sexual content, threats, and content that sexualizes anyone — especially a minor — are not allowed, and accounts that post them are removed. Every report is reviewed by a person, and we act on confirmed violations within 24 hours by removing the content and, where warranted, ejecting the person who posted it.
You must be at least 13 years old. If the laws where you live set a higher minimum age for a service like ours, you must meet that higher age. The Service is not offered in the European Union or the European Economic Area.
You are responsible for your account and for anything done through it. Keep your password to yourself.

Do not attempt to break, probe, or overload the Service, scrape it, or use it through anything other than the official app.
Every dap, comment, and profile in the app has a report option, and any account can be blocked from the same menu. Blocking hides that person’s daps, comments, and messages from you immediately; they are not told.
Reports go to a human moderation queue. We aim to review every report within 24 hours. When we confirm a violation, we remove the content and, depending on what happened, suspend or permanently remove the account behind it. Suspended accounts cannot post, comment, or send messages.
Content is also screened automatically before and after it is posted. Automated screening is a first pass, not the last word — a person reviews what it flags.
Your daps are yours. You keep ownership of everything you post. By posting, you give us permission to host, store, reproduce, and display that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service, and to let other people on daply see and share it inside the app and through daply.us links. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we have to keep for a reasonable period for backups or legal reasons.
You confirm you have the right to post what you post, including the agreement of anyone who appears in it.
The daply name, wordmark, app design, and software are ours. These Terms do not give you the right to use them outside the app.
You can delete your account at any time from the app (profile → settings → delete my account). Deleting removes your profile, your daps, and your messages.
We can suspend or terminate an account that breaks these Terms, and we do so without notice when the violation is serious — anything involving a minor, threats, or targeted harassment.
daply is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will preserve anything you post. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to $100.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you post or your misuse of the Service.
These Terms are between you and daply, not Apple. Apple has no responsibility for the app or its content, and no obligation to provide support or maintenance for it. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (daply is free, so this amount is zero); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim relating to the app, including product liability, regulatory claims, or intellectual-property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
If we change these Terms, we will post the updated version here and update the effective date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
